SO FLO FOTOS respects the privacy of visitors, clients, and gallery users. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect contact and account details, booking and order information, messages, service preferences, consent choices, digital signatures, transaction references, device and security data such as IP addresses, and photographs or video created during a session. Private gallery activity may be logged to operate the service and protect client content.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries; schedule and deliver photography; create and secure accounts and galleries; process purchases; provide downloads, products, and retouching; record agreements and optional media permissions; prevent abuse; troubleshoot the site; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. Marketing email is sent only where permitted, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Photographs and optional publicity

Client photographs are stored and processed to provide the purchased service. Public portfolio or social-media use depends on the separate optional permissions presented to the client. Declining those permissions does not block private gallery access. A later withdrawal applies prospectively where reasonably possible and may not remove material already printed, published, or contractually committed.

Cookies and site data

The site may use essential cookies for login, shopping-cart, security, and preference functions. WordPress, WooCommerce, analytics, embedded content, or anti-spam tools may set additional cookies depending on enabled features. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but essential account or checkout features may then stop working.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be handled through WooCommerce and third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We generally receive transaction status and identifiers rather than complete card details. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with hosting, email, payment, print-fulfillment, shipping, security, professional, and technical providers that help us operate. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to deliver services, maintain business and tax records, document permissions and agreements, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Gallery and photo retention can vary by package and operational needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or change optional portfolio, social-media, and marketing preferences. Some records may need to be retained for contracts, transactions, security, legal claims, or other lawful purposes. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests before acting.

Children and session participants

Our online account and purchasing services are not directed to children. A parent or legal guardian must provide booking information and any required permission for a minor. Clients arranging group sessions are responsible for communicating relevant information and obtaining authority where required.
