Most clients book 3–6 weeks out. Golden hour weekend slots fill fastest. For real estate, 48–72 hours notice is usually sufficient on weekdays.

There's no strict dress code — wear something you feel great in. I send every client a style guide after booking with specific tips for your session type and location. Neutrals, textures, and layers photograph beautifully. Avoid busy patterns and logos.

Yes — travel fees apply for locations more than 30 miles from Lake Worth / Greenacres. For destination shoots (beach weddings, family reunions, etc.) please reach out for a custom quote.

Most portrait sessions are delivered within 5–7 business days. Real estate is delivered the next business day. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

Yes — your package includes a set number of edited images, but you can purchase additional images from your gallery à la carte. Pricing is shown in your private gallery.

Outdoor sessions are rescheduled at no charge with 24 hours notice if weather is genuinely bad (heavy rain, lightning). Light clouds are usually gorgeous for portraits — we make it work.

Yes — beach family sessions are available through the Coastal Portraiture service. The Beach Family Session package covers up to 6 people. Larger groups can be accommodated with a custom quote.

You'll receive an email with a link to your private client gallery. Log in with the account credentials set up at booking. Once you purchase your favorites, high-resolution download links are sent immediately.

Yes — you can share your gallery URL with anyone who has your login credentials. However, gallery access is personal and non-transferable. For family members to browse independently, we can create a separate view link on request.

Cancellations with 72+ hours notice receive a full retainer refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the retainer, though we'll do our best to reschedule. Same-day cancellations without notice are not refunded.
